We aim to process orders the day we receive payment. If we have a high volume of orders, or seeds out of stock, this is not always possible. Sometimes we have to order seeds in from our supplier and this can delay an order by a couple of days.
Orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday due to the Post Office being closed.
Every customer is sent a tracking number by email once their order has been posted out (more info below) - please use this to track the whereabouts of your order. If you haven't received your order within two weeks from dispatch, first you must contact Royal Mail (in the case of UK orders) or your local post service (for international orders) using the tracking number given to you. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact us. Once again, we cannot do anything until two weeks has passed and we cannot be held responsible for the failings of the postal system.
Please note we do not resend if your order has been marked as delivered or if a delivery has been attempted - once the package has reached your address we have fulfilled our responsibility. If you failed to enter the correct address we hope you understand that we cannot resend.
We cannot be held responsible if you use a false delivery name and are unable to collect a missed order, so we advise customers to use their real name on their orders unless you're sure you'll be available at the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for customers entering erroneous addresses either.
In the event of orders being returned to us we will offer you a full refund.
Mary's Seeds accepts no responsibility with regards to the legality of your purchase within your country - it is up to you to check the laws regarding your country! Though we do package your seeds as discreetly as possible, any orders seized are the customer's responsibility.

Our 1st Class UK deliveries ship via Royal Mail and for the most part they'll result in next day delivery, but this is by no means guaranteed.

Mary's Seeds offers a collection service in partnership with local head shops. You can pay for your seeds online and once the order is ready we will ship it to the collection point. Please email us to see if it's time to go and pick up the order.

International rates vary depending on the country but all the options will be displayed at checkout. There are various services including Tracked, Signed For or both.
Most international orders arrive within 7-10 days, though in extreme circumstances it can take up to 1 month. Once international orders switch hands to your country's carrier they are no longer the responsibility of Royal Mail.
As stated above, in the event of your parcel being delayed we ask you to contact your local postal service with your tracking number - we cannot be held responsible for the actions of your local post service.
If you are using a PO Box address, there is no option to send the order Signed For.

We offer our US customers a chance to purchase our Guaranteed service which means if your package is seized we will attempt a redelivery, free of charge.

Tracking your order
You can follow the status of your order via the tracking link sent out with your delivery confirmation. This will be on the Royal Mail website. You can also enter your tracking code at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Once the item leaves the UK it is the responsibility of your country's post service and you will have to use their website or contact them for the status of a parcel.
